The Eclipse Smart-Heat Electric series will allow you to go straight from dinner to drinks thanks to its dimmable LED lighting rail and 3 different heat settings. With its sleek ceramic screen and matte black appearance, the Bromic Eclipse Smart-Heat™ series strikes the perfect balance between ambiance, style, and functionality.

In addition to the complimentary 24″ Twin Pole, the Bromic Eclipse Electric Outdoor Heater can be paired with five other striking pole designs, including wall-mounted and ceiling-mounted options. For the ultimate in convenience, combine this sleek heater with the optional Bromic Smart-Heat Eclipse dimmer controller and wireless remote o accurately adjust the heat and light coverage from the comfort of your seat.

    Bromic Heating Warranty

    This warranty is applicable to the original owner only. In accordance with the warranty terms and conditions specified below.

    Bromic Heating or its agent (the warrantor) will furnish the original owner for both commercial and residential applications;


    1. a replacement Bromic Heating heater or

    2. a replacement part for any component part which fails.

    Platinum Electric: 1 Year Parts

    Platinum Electric Marine: 5 Year Parts (5 year warranty is for land based applications only does not cover installations on marine vessels)

    • Q: When will I know my order has shipped?
      A: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our distribution center to confirm that the item ordered is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting your payment.
    • Q: What is your return policy?
      A: Fireplace Exchange Offers a 30 Days Return Policy on all new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging. We will refund your purchase amount minus the return shipping charges, subject to refund eligibility below: You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days. The item must be returned within 14 days from the day of the notice of the intent to return. New Items or Warranty Items must be returned in its Original Packaging. "Like New" condition means: item is unused, unassembled, and has been returned in all of the original packaging.
    • Q: When will my order ship?
      A: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@fireplaceexchange.com.
