Move beyond the base-model with Bromic Heating Wireless Dimmer Controller. This unit allows the power output of an electric heater to be adjusted for perfect comfort, with the ability to adjust multiple units in unison with a single remote. Each Smart-Heat Wireless Dimmer Control can manage up to 6800W of heating and can be used in 208VAC, 240VAC and 277VAC applications. Enclosed within an IP54-rated protective casing, our 7-channel transmitter allows users to dim or brighten their heaters at the touch of a button, offering customizable comfort and exceptional reliability. This easy to use and install Dimmer Controller is ideal for Tungsten Electric and Platinum Electric Outdoor Heaters.

This warranty is applicable to the original owner only. In accordance with the warranty terms and conditions specified below.

Bromic Heating or its agent (the warrantor) will furnish the original owner for both commercial and residential applications;


1. a replacement Bromic Heating heater or

2. a replacement part for any component part which fails.

  • Q: When will I know my order has shipped?
    A: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our distribution center to confirm that the item ordered is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.     A: Fireplace Exchange Offers a 30 Days Return Policy on all new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging. We will refund your purchase amount minus the return shipping charges, subject to refund eligibility below: You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days. The item must be returned within 14 days from the day of the notice of the intent to return. New Items or Warranty Items must be returned in its Original Packaging. "Like New" condition means: item is unused, unassembled, and has been returned in all of the original packaging.
  • Q: When will my order ship?
    A: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
