PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Model 74 is a non-catalytic wood-burning stove designed to meet the most stringent emissions standards without the use of a catalytic combustor.

The Model 74 has a BTU rating of 52,400 and can heat up to 2,600 square feet. The 74 delivers heavy-duty heat performance and is available as a masonry fireplace, pre-tab fireplace insert or freestanding unit.

PLEASE READ THIS WARRANTY CAREFULLY

PRODUCTS COVERED

This warranty covers the new Buck Stove heating unit, so long as it is owned by the original
purchaser, including optional and standard accessories purchased at the same time, subject to
terms, limitations and conditions herein set out.

PRODUCTS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover the following:
Glass, Refractory Material, Firebrick or Gaskets.

This Warranty will not cover any damage and/or failure caused by abuse or improper installation
of the products covered.

WARRANTY TIME PERIODS

(A) Period I

For one year from the date of purchase, NBC will replace or repair, at its option, any
part defective in materials or workmanship. The costs of parts only are included. The
customer pays any labor or transportation charges required.

(B) Period II

Thereafter, for period after first year from date of purchase and extending for five years as
long as Buck Stove is owned by the original purchaser, NBC will repair or replace, at
its option, any part defective in materials or workmanship, with the exception of,
electrical motors, wiring, switches, components, optional and standard accessories; and all
parts not permanently attached to heating unit. Parts not permanently attached to heating
unit are defined as those items designed to be removed from stove, including those
removable with common hand tools. The costs of parts only are included. The customer
pays any labor or transportation charges required.

PROCEDURE
Should you feel that your BUCK STOVE is defective, you should contact any Buck Stove
dealer for the name of your nearest authorized Buck Stove service representative, who will
instruct you on the proper procedure, depending on which Warranty Time Period (Period I or
Period II) applies.

  • Q: When will I know my order has shipped?
    A: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our distribution center to confirm that the item ordered is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting your payment.
  • Q: What is your return policy?
    A: Fireplace Exchange Offers a 30 Days Return Policy on all new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging. We will refund your purchase amount minus the return shipping charges, subject to refund eligibility below: You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days. The item must be returned within 14 days from the day of the notice of the intent to return. New Items or Warranty Items must be returned in its Original Packaging. "Like New" condition means: item is unused, unassembled, and has been returned in all of the original packaging.
  • Q: When will my order ship?
    A: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@fireplaceexchange.com.
  • Q: How can I cancel my order? (before order ships)
