An anti-condensation switch controls the pilot usage for installations in cold climates and the electronic ignition features a battery backup to ensure heat and light even if the power goes out.   • Q: When will I know my order has shipped?
    A: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our distribution center to confirm that the item ordered is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.     A: Fireplace Exchange Offers a 30 Days Return Policy on all new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging. The item must be returned within 14 days from the day of the notice of the intent to return. New Items or Warranty Items must be returned in its Original Packaging.
