PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The RS14 Chimney Fan mounts outside the chimney, where it literally sucks the smoke out from the chimney flue.

The chimney fan is designed to disperse the smoke sideways (horizontal) just like a standard chimney cap. The RS14 is particularly suitable for gas-fired fireplaces and stoves.

Installation is clean and easy - and the fan's compact design is barely visible from the ground level. The fan can be recessed or hidden behind the chimney top enclosure.

The RS Chimney Fan is an exhaust fan used to maintain proper draft in a gas/oil chimney or stack system. Typical applications include venting of:

WARRANTY TERMS | ENERVEX PRODUCTS

The RS Chimney Fans from ENERVEX have a 2-year Factory Warranty and a 10-year Corrosion Perforation Warranty. 

2-Year Factory Warranty 

We promise the original user that we will replace or repair as we may elect, any part or parts of the new RS Chimney Fan which are defective in material or workmanship without charge for parts and labor (not including labor for dismantling and installation, freight, etc.) during the first 2-years following the date of installation. 

10-Year Corrosion Perforation Warranty 

We promise the original user that we will replace or repair as we may elect, any part or parts of the RS Chimney Fan which are perforated due to corrosion without charge for parts or labor (not including dismantling and installation, freight, etc.) during the first 10-years following the date of installation. 

General Warranty Provisions 

What the user must do: We recommend that you contact the dealer where you purchased the chimney fan, however you may also contact ENERVEX directly. 

What is not covered: Any non-ENERVEX product which may be installed in or upon or related to the product is excluded. 

Limitations on our responsibility: Please note that this is a two-way agreement. We promise to make free replacements as stated, but you agree that, except for our obligation to make good on this promise, we shall not be responsible for any expenses or inconvenience which you might incur or experience with respect to our product, nor shall we be liable for defects, damage or failures, caused by unauthorized alterations, unreasonable use, accident or abuse, including failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, after our product has been delivered to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. The warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. 

These warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purposes are excluded. As are all other representations to the original purchaser, and all other obligations or liabilities, including liabilities for incidental and consequential damages on the part of ENERVEX or the seller.

  • Q: When will I know my order has shipped?
    A: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our distribution center to confirm that the item ordered is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting your payment.
  • Q: What is your return policy?
    A: Fireplace Exchange Offers a 30 Days Return Policy on all new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging. We will refund your purchase amount minus the return shipping charges, subject to refund eligibility below: You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days. The item must be returned within 14 days from the day of the notice of the intent to return. New Items or Warranty Items must be returned in its Original Packaging. "Like New" condition means: item is unused, unassembled, and has been returned in all of the original packaging.
  • Q: When will my order ship?
    A: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@fireplaceexchange.com.
