Nearly infinite design options include ultra high definition log options in beachy Driftwood, traditional Split Oak, and bright Birch. Several trim, decorative front, and decorative brick backer panel options are available to ensure your favorite spaces flow together. Control this fireplace easily with the included remote or from the comfort of your favorite mobile device. The optional Dynamic Heat Control™ PLUS System allows heat from the fireplace to be directed to any living area in the home that needs it, even if the power goes out. Gas fireplaces: 10-year limited warranty on parts and workmanship, lifetime warranty on the burner box and heat exchanger.

Electric fireplaces: 2-year limited warranty on parts and workmanship.

Wood fireplaces: Lifetime warranty on the firebox and grates, 10-year limited warranty on parts and workmanship.

All warranties are subject to certain exclusions and limitations, so please be sure to read the full warranty for your specific model.

  • Q: When will I know my order has shipped?
    A: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our distribution center to confirm that the item ordered is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting your payment.
  • Q: What is your return policy?
    A: Fireplace Exchange Offers a 30 Days Return Policy on all new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging. We will refund your purchase amount minus the return shipping charges, subject to refund eligibility below: You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days. The item must be returned within 14 days from the day of the notice of the intent to return. New Items or Warranty Items must be returned in its Original Packaging. "Like New" condition means: item is unused, unassembled, and has been returned in all of the original packaging.
  • Q: When will my order ship?
    A: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
