PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

BEDROCK TRADITIONAL - The Traditional featuring NEW GlowFire™ Log Technology, The first-of-its-kind on the open face fireplace integrates the burn tubes inside the actual logs, giving the look and feel of the log on fire. GlowFire™ Logs are specifically designed to bring more fuel efficiencies to the gas log market by consuming less fuel while still creating a fuller more robust flame compared to a traditional gas log set. The ceramic log mixture radiates more heat out into the room while also creating less flame infringement drastically reducing sooting. *Must add lava rock or 1/2" reflective glass and GlowFire™ Logs.

Burner:
Grand Canyon Gas Logs burners carry a life time warranty against manufacture defects or breakage as long as the appliance is installed inside and by a professional installer. In the event a defect or breakage occurs a replacement will be available
for pick-up from the dealer at which the burner was originally purchased. This warranty is limited to original purchaser only. Indoor burners installed outside carry a (1) year warranty.

GlowFire™ Logs
GlowFire™ Logs are manufactured with ceramic fiber and carry a lifetime warranty when installed indoors and a 2-year warranty when installed outdoors. The warranty covers any manufacture defects or breakage as long as the products are installed correctly. This warranty does not cover color fading due to use. In the event defect or breakage occurs, a replacement will be available to pick up from the dealer at which the log set was originally purchased or shipped directly to the customer if ordered online. This warranty does not cover breakage caused by excessive handling once installed and fired. This warranty is limited to original purchaser only.

Electrical and Valves
Grand Canyon Gas Logs valves, remotes, and receivers carry a (2) year warranty against breakage or defects from date of purchase, by original purchaser, and must be installed be a licensed professional installer. This warranty only covers use with Grand Canyon Gas Logs burners and logs. In the event a defect or breakage occurs are placement will be available for pick-up from the dealer at which the burner was originally purchased. Batteries are not covered under this warranty. ODS pilot assemblies carry a (1) year warranty

  • Q: When will I know my order has shipped?
    A: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our distribution center to confirm that the item ordered is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting your payment.
  • Q: What is your return policy?
    A: Fireplace Exchange Offers a 30 Days Return Policy on all new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging. We will refund your purchase amount minus the return shipping charges, subject to refund eligibility below: You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days. The item must be returned within 14 days from the day of the notice of the intent to return. New Items or Warranty Items must be returned in its Original Packaging. "Like New" condition means: item is unused, unassembled, and has been returned in all of the original packaging.
  • Q: When will my order ship?
    A: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@fireplaceexchange.com.
