We offer Vent-Free Inserts in two sizes (20,000 BTUs and 28,000 BTUs) and in two styles (traditional and contemporary) – so you are sure to find one to fit your existing wood-burning fireplace.

A 10,000 BTUs contemporary system is available for bedroom applications – where allowed by codes.

The Loft Insert lights at the flick of a switch to produce consistent, reliable heat, even when electric power fails. Add the convenience of an optional thermostat, wireless wall thermostat, remote control, or thermostat remote control, and enjoy all the comfort of a warm fire without the mess and hassle.

Our warranty team has years of experience and we want to use this to your benefit! 

Once a problem pops up, we always recommended that you and/or your customer reach out to the manufacturer’s technical support lines to identify the issue and receive any part numbers necessary for the product in question. Part numbers and serial numbers will be essential for success on these calls and throughout the entire warranty process. While we ask you to troubleshoot and gather the information needed to submit the warranty to the manufacturer, we also ask that you refrain from initiating a claim through them. Instead, submit the warranty claim via our web form and we’ll submit it for you. 

Since all warranties are manufacturer warranties with their own terms and conditions, deciding to submit a claim directly isn’t the end of the world. It will largely inhibit our warranty team’s ability to assist you throughout the process which is why we recommend letting us submit any claims on your behalf. We’re here to support you and your customers and know the best practices to ensure the most expedited and transparent warranty process. 

Warranty claims are initiated by completing our warranty claim web form. All fields on the form are requirements from the manufacturer and are considered essential information. Once submitted, the completed form is sent to our customer service team to process with Fireplace Exchange warranty department.

  • Q: When will I know my order has shipped?
    A: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our distribution center to confirm that the item ordered is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting your payment.
  • Q: What is your return policy?
    A: Fireplace Exchange Offers a 30 Days Return Policy on all new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging. We will refund your purchase amount minus the return shipping charges, subject to refund eligibility below: You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days. The item must be returned within 14 days from the day of the notice of the intent to return. New Items or Warranty Items must be returned in its Original Packaging. "Like New" condition means: item is unused, unassembled, and has been returned in all of the original packaging.
  • Q: When will my order ship?
    A: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@fireplaceexchange.com.
  • Q: How can I cancel my order? (before order ships)
