Modern Flames new Spectrum Slimline combines innovative flame intensity, versatility and size options. Featuring Hybrid-FX™ Flame Technology, independently controlled 12 different flame and ember bed color options, this fireplace has more inimitable features than any other in a slim design. Modern Flames Spectrum Slimline finished off with a sleek 5/8" trim. Perfect for fully recessed 2" x 4" or wall mount installation, this electric fireplace eliminates the large black glass surround to maximize the viewing area.

Realistic driftwood log set and acrylic ice media finishes off the stunning ember bed. Fireplace features powerful heater, thermostat with adjustable power and timer. Whisper quite fan and remote control for relaxing experience.     WARRANTY

    Warranty Coverage: Modern Flames warrants that the products and their component parts will be
    free from defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable period of the warranty coverage set
    forth in the below warranty period. If a product or component is found to be defective in materials or
    workmanship during the applicable warranty period, Modern Flames, at its discretion, may repair the
    applicable component, replace the applicable component, or refund the purchase price of the applicable
    product(s). The maximum amount recoverable under warranty is limited to the purchase price of the
    product. The warranty period is nontransferable.

    Warranty Period: Warranty period is 5 years from date of purchase when owner registers the product
    at www.modernflames.com. If the product is not registered, the standard 2-year warranty applies. If a
    product has an integrated screen, the screen is covered for 1-year from date of purchase.

    Warranty Conditions: This warranty only covers Products that are purchased through an authorized
    Modern Flames dealer or distributor on or after 9/1/2021. Any product purchased prior to that date
    must have original invoice or receipt to qualify for the warranty. If no documentation can be found,
    Modern Flames has the right to deny a warranty claim. A list of authorized dealers is available on the
    Modern Flames website, www.modernflames.com.

    Must contact Modern Flames first in order to trouble shoot or diagnose fireplace.

    Warranty is only valid while product remains with the original purchaser. If unit is installed in a
    home or location and new ownership takes over, the warranty does not start over.

    After trouble shooting/diagnosing with Modern Flames, then contact your installing distributor
    or dealer for warranty service. If the installing dealer or distributor is unable to provide
    necessary parts, contact the nearest Modern Flames authorized dealer or supplier. Additional
    service fees may apply if you are seeking warranty service from a dealer other than the dealer
    from whom you originally purchased the product.

    Only Modern Flames’ parts must be used in the servicing and maintenance of your fireplace,
    these parts can be ordered by contacting Modern Flames via phone or email. Any after-market
    parts, modifications, or re-wiring made before contacting Modern Flames will void the warranty.

    The product must be properly installed, serviced, and maintained based on manufacturer
    standards. Please see your Modern Flames installation instructions/manual for further
    information on how to service and maintain your electric fireplace. If you cannot locate your
    instructions manual, please refer to our website for a download of that document.

    • Q: When will I know my order has shipped?
      A: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our distribution center to confirm that the item ordered is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If, for some reason, there is a delay in stock, we will contact you before accepting your payment.
    • Q: What is your return policy?
      A: Fireplace Exchange Offers a 30 Days Return Policy on all new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging. We will refund your purchase amount minus the return shipping charges, subject to refund eligibility below: You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days. The item must be returned within 14 days from the day of the notice of the intent to return. New Items or Warranty Items must be returned in its Original Packaging. "Like New" condition means: item is unused, unassembled, and has been returned in all of the original packaging.
    • Q: When will my order ship?
      A: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@fireplaceexchange.com.
